Barbados Rum Punch

Classic rum punch recipe from the island of Barbados with a secret, but important ingredient.

  • 1 oz Lime Juice fresh if available
  • 2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz Barbados Old Gold Rum
  • 4 oz Water
  • 3 dashes of Bitters
  • Freshly Grated Nutmeg


  • Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake well and strain into an ice filled glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and grated nutmeg. ¬†A¬†maraschino cherry is optional.
