I’m opening up on today’s episode of The Power in Purpose Podcast, sharing the top 3 lessons I learned in my business last year. This episode is full of my 2019 business lessons – and they've changed how I am moving forward in 2020.
I love these behind-the-scenes episodes and I’m excited to show you a little bit of the ‘inside’ of my business.
One of the greatest lessons I learned is that people are going to judge you — do it anyway. So many of us sit in fear of judgment of others. It’s why we don’t get on social media, why we don’t put ourselves out there, and why we don’t take the next big step in our life and business.
It’s easy to get caught in this place — a lot easier than it is to get out of this place. But in today’s episode, I want to give you permission to not care what people think. It’s time for you to live the life you’ve imagined and step into your purpose.
In the spirit of reflection, I want to encourage you to do this same exercise, uncovering the lessons you learned and what did and did not work for you this year. I created a simple workbook you can use to take inventory of your own business and life. This will help you figure out what changes you might need to make in order to go further this year.
