If you’ve ever been to Barbados than you’ve definitely had our famous rum punch. Annndddd you’ve definitely ordered more than one in a sitting.
Our clients love serving this delicious cocktail at their wedding in fun glassware or a fresh coconut. So, what makes the Bajan rum punch different from others? Our world-class rum to start! But the most unique ingredient is the freshly grated nutmeg on top.
If you’re ever in Barbados, head to the Cruising Club for the best rum punch on the island (trust me, I’m expert enough to say that I’ve tried them all!). Until then, here’s the recipe to make it at home. When in doubt, just use the Bajan counting method: 1 of sour, 2 of sweet, 3 of strong and 4 of weak.
And before you dive into the recipe, here's a word of warning: these rum punches can be really strong, so partake in their deliciousness responsibly. And also have a few hangover remedies lying around. You'll thank me later!
