While that may not matter if you’re running a tech company, it DOES make a big difference in the wedding industry.

Mailchimp: A More Robust Email Marketing Solution

On the other hand, Mailchimp is a well-established player in the email marketing space. It offers a comprehensive suite of tools for designing, sending, and tracking emails. But one of the reasons I don’t love Mailchimp as much as Flodesk is because, as a business coach for wedding pros, most of us don’t need those more advanced features.

Flodesk offers a flat rate of $38 per month for unlimited subscribers and unlimited emails. Mailchimp offers a range of email templates, but they might not be as aesthetically pleasing as Flodesk's. However, for those of you who are more tech-savvy and don’t mind using HTML, you can customize them if that’s what you prefer!

When it comes to automation, Flodesk and Mailchimp approach things very differently!

You can still set up triggers and actions to send emails at the right time and nurture your audience automatically, and Flodesk's automation capabilities are easy to understand and implement, making it a great choice for beginners (and growing wedding pros who don’t want to spend all day creating new funnels!).
