How would you describe your wedding design, planning, and coordination style at Verve Event Co?

Focusing on efficient processes and modern design, we help couples design heirloom occasions from the ground up in the Finger Lakes, Upstate NY, and beyond. To us, life is too short to waste on moments without meaning.

Our aesthetic balances modern, high-end luxury with understated elegance. Each detail is hand-picked for our couple's weddings to reflect their own personal style and tastes.

We have laser tight systems that give our clients confidence in our process

We finish with killer cue-by-cue execution so that the day flows seamlessly for our clients and guests, allowing them to revel in the day and with each other.

What type of couples do you love working with at Verve Event Co?

We love couples who are excited to collaborate with us and host an unparalleled wedding experience for their guests. Our couples love sharing sentimental details about their relationship so that we can incorporate them into the wedding design. They get excited about choosing special details but also trust our professional opinion to execute their design.

Your business is GROWING this year! What fun and exciting things are you hoping to do/accomplish?

What's your favorite part of working with your clients on the planning, design, and/or coordination of their wedding?

I always tell prospective clients I can't choose an aspect of the business I enjoy more because whatever I'm doing at that moment is usually very enjoyable and fun for me because I know it's moving the ball forward in the planning process for my clients.

However, if I had to pick one thing, it would be putting together, presenting, and executing the wedding design. I love hearing my couple's story and figuring out what little Easter eggs or tiny details about their relationship we can weave into the design. It's both intentional and sentimental and strategic and makes me so excited. On the flip side, I am OBSESSED with a really smooth show flow, meaning I pay a lot of attention to putting together a tight script that's cue by cue for the wedding day. I see the whole wedding day as a tightly choreographed production.

For example, I love it during the ceremony when the music starts to fade in slowly right before the officiant tells the couple to kiss, it builds, the couple kisses, and then the music explodes. Seeing everything come together so well and smoothly after years of planning is so gratifying and I don't think any other part of the wedding gives me the kind of rush that happens on the wedding day.

Here's what Desirée Adams has to say about The Planner's Playbook…

The support and information provided in the Planner's Playbook is PHENOMENAL! The playbooks are SO INCREDIBLY THOROUGH and teach me step-by-step exactly what to do, how to do it, and answer so many questions I would have had to struggle through had I been doing it on my own.

I 100% believe it would have taken me 3-5 years LONGER to accomplish the goals I've accomplished in my business and booked the types of clients I have now had I not joined.
